Weight Watcher Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
16 squares (or 2 packs) of semi-sweet baking chocolate
1.5 cups pecans or walnuts, finely chopped
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Steps
1. Spread the nuts evenly on a cookie sheet and bake at 350° F (180° C) for about 10 minutes to toast. Then let cool.
2. In a large sized bowl, melt the chocolate with the milk on HIGH for about 3 minutes (or however long for the chocolate to melt).
3. Stir in the nuts and vanilla extract. Spread the mixture on a foiled 8 inch square pan.
4. Chill for about 2 hours (or until firm). Cut the fudge into squares.
