Use the calorie calculator below to figure out the amount of calories in a specific meal, or the amount of weight watchers calories that you had all day!

This is a great tool for weight loss, because when you are aiming for results on the scale - these “calorie” numbers can make all the different.

In the upper right hand corner of the calculator, click on “settings” - enter your information and it will tell you how many calories you burn in one day. (This is very useful because it will show exactly what pace you should be losing weight.)

Next, it is time to enter you food intake:

  • First select your meal for calculation (the food items are meal oriented).
  • Next, select the type of food item (main entry, dessert, etc.)
  • Next, choose the specific food item from the drop-down list.
  • Afterward, set the amount of which you ate of the specified item.
  • Click “add”.
  • All done!

Remember, there are 3,500 calories in one pound of fat. So if you eat 3,500 calories less a week - expect to lose approximately 1 pound of flab.
