2 mid sized bananas, coarsely cut
2 cups of milk (skim or low-fat)
1 tablespoon sweet honey
1/2 cup low fat  vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup of sun flower seeds
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (grounded)

Steps
1. Utilizing a blender or food processing unit, mix all ingredients until smooth.
2. For a thicker texture, use bananas when frozen (or you can add ice cubes to the mix).

Serve and enjoy!

1 cup white rice, uncooked
1 can (15 ounces) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup 96% fat-free ham, cut and cubed
1 ½ cups water
1 can (14 oz) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
¼ cup tomato paste
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
½ teaspoon olive oil
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
¾ cup onion, chopped
¾ cup sliced celery

1. Combine all rice, beans, ham, water, chicken broth, tomato paste, Cajun seasoning and red pepper in a large pot container. Bring it to a boil.
