Weight Watcher Steak Pizzaiola Recipe

- 3oml/1floz garlic oil
- 6oml/2floz olive oil
- 3oml/1floz tarragon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1/4kg/ 3lb sirloin steak - 8 plum tomatoes, cut into strips
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1 tablespoon chopped parsley - 1teaspoon dried oregano, or 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4og/1 1/2oz pine kernels
- 1teaspoon granular sugar substitute (optional)
1. Combine the garlic oil with half the olive oil, the vinegar, pepper and 1 teaspoon of water. Place the steak in the mixture and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
2. Heat the remaining olive oil, and add the tomatoes, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt and pine kernels. Cook over a medium heat for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the sugar substitute, if using, and keep warm.
3. Grill the steak to preferred doneness, slice and pour the sauce over the top of it. Serve immediately.
